Shop Policies


All resin items are handmade by me. Whilst the upmost care is taken to ensure the highest quality products, occasionally there may be some slight imperfections for example small air bubbles below the surface. I will always make sure these are visible in product photos and if there are any items with more significant imperfections addition photos will be added and this will be listed in the item description.


Ready to ship orders will be posted within 3 working days of the order being placed. I always aim to ship custom orders within 7 working day of the order being placed, if there are any delays you will be contacted via the email address entered when you ordered, so please make sure this is correct and is an email you have access to.


I always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, because of this international orders are NOT sent with tracking. If you would like to add tracking to your order please feel free to message me via the 'contact' button in the drop down menu, alternatively you can email me - - please bare in mind the cost of this service is double the cost of sending without tracking (please blame the post office, i would send everything with free tracking if i could!)


If your item ARRIVES damaged please send photos immediately via email to - - so that we can arrange a replacement (or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage). 

If your item becomes damaged AFTER arrival, I am happy to repair the item for you if you contact me via the same email, you are responsible for postage fees.
